Northern Weddings (northernweddings.ca) is operated by Light Cut Productions, Fort St. John, British Columbia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your names, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue or town, the package you're considering and your message. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, check availability and prepare a proposal.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to our studio email (info@lightcutproductions.ca). We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you book with us, to deliver your wedding film.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Embedded video players (YouTube, Vimeo) may set their own cookies when you play a film. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your wedding film

We will only feature your wedding film, photos or names on this website or our social channels with your permission.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@lightcutproductions.ca and we'll take care of it promptly.
